Today marks the second time this new year that I have done two workout classes back to back.

Savor it on your tongue like the mashed potatoes I just enjoyed from Longhorn which probably totally ruined said two workouts, but suck it - I needed some carbs people.
I mean seriously, who am I? I am this person now, who is taking time to improve her health. The weight is very slow in moving off, but the energy level, amount of patience, good attitude and excellent sleep are on the rise! I dare say, I have to remind myself daily to take my crazy pills (Zoloft), where as in the past I have headed for those even before coffee! (Also, clearly my use of exclamation points is on the rise! Am I doing more shouting? I DON'T KNOW!)
They - those people who say things like excercise is important - are probably right. But I for sure don't want them to know that I think they are right, so let's keep that between us, shall we? Since November, I've been on a roll as far as getting regular exercise, and I hope to keep it up. I still do not love it by any means, but I am definitely enjoying myself and LOVING having completed it each day.
They sometimes know what they are talking about. But for sure if they tell me to never eat mashed potatoes again, I'll break up with them! Back away from my mashed potatoes or I will cut you. Or Zumba all over your ass. Whatever.
