Yesterday on the drive to gymnastics Elaine pontificated...
"Mom, do you know what? Warren and I are a lot like Jack and Annie in the Magic Tree House books. First, we're brother and sister. Second, I'm adventurous like Annie and I have to tell Warren to try and do things like Annie tells Jack. And I like to go new places and Warren likes to take notes, like Jack does. And I love to use my imagination. So does Annie. Do you think Warren likes dinosaurs? Because Jack does. Ooh, when we get home, can we play Lincon Logs together? Because I finally know how to do them. I mean I still make mistakes, but practice makes perfect. Except that nobody is perfect. You know, we are all the same. Well, not exactly the same, because everyone has a different face, and hair, and personality. Even babies! We're all babies. On the inside. Why am I jibber jabbering?"
I swear, these are the moments I hope I don't forget. Random one-sided conversations.

awwww such a sweet one, hoping for a good one ahead of you darling!
